Throughout her career, Nadine has been known for her visionary strategic sense and ability to create, stimulate and lead high performing teams to top and bottom line success, while improving customer satisfaction, through the implementation of a client-focused culture.
She started her career in the competitive field of B2B sales in the electronics sector at Xerox and AT&T. She then created and implemented a new continuing education division at the Montreal Police Service, for their 2,500 officers and commanders. She then held senior and executive roles in major financial institutions, including Desjardins Financial Security in Toronto, BMO and RBC Royal Bank, where she was the change agent responsible for implementing a sales and service culture.
For the past 2 years, Nadine has provided her business development and strategy expertise to a variety of companies, to help them embed the customer experience in their operational activities and customer relationships.
Very close to the community, she sits on a variety of boards and fund raising committees of NPOs. In 2014 she was appointed as an independent member to the Investissement Québec Board of directors and sits on its HR committee.
Nadine holds a BAA in Marketing Finance from HEC and was awarded the Silver Medal in 2002 for her MBA in Financial Services at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). She also holds the CSA (Certified Company Director) designation from the College of Corporate Directors.
