Carol Faull

Carol is a culture transformation consultant, facilitator and executive coach.

During a successful career as a telecommunications executive – launching and leading mobile phone start-ups in Canada, India, Romania, Brazil and the UK – Carol gained a profound understanding of diverse nationalities and workplace cultures. She now brings her rich experience and consulting expertise in how to measure and transform organizational culture to clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Before joining L&C, Carol co-founded a Canadian-based, international management consultancy focused on organizational culture transformation, bringing individual, team and organizational values to life through highly experiential and impactful programs as a facilitator and tutor affiliated with McKinsey and Company’s Performance Leadership practice.

Carol has also co-authored and published a white paper on the state of trust in Canada: Aiming High, Renewing Trust in a Time of Suspicion (2003), while with the Centre for Ethical Orientation (CEO).

Carol is a founding member of the Canadian Values Alliance and an active member of its Steering Committee.
